About XRPL
XRP Ledger (XRPL) is a decentralized, public blockchain maintained by a global community, focused on cross-border payments, smart contracts, and digital currencies. Established in 2012, it offers fast, low-cost, and real-time transfers of XRP, fiat currencies, and digital assets. Unlike other blockchains, XRPL employs a unique consensus algorithm, bypassing the need for proof-of-work or proof-of-stake mechanisms.
