With the integration of Base into the DappRadar ecosystem, we have welcomed more than 250 new dapps to our platform. What’s more, August has been a month of milestones as DappRadar now tracks almost 15,000 dapps across more than 50 blockchains. Join us as we delve into the key happenings and dapps of August.
August dapps by the numbers
During August, DappRadar reached the mark of a total of 14,691 dapps listed on the platform. Our team manually approved 252 new dapps over the month, and that’s 64 more than in July (an increase of 34%).
The most predominant chain among the new dapps is Ethereum, with 83 dapps, followed by Polygon (52 dapps) and the BNB Chain (44 new dapps). Next is the newly launched Base chain with 29 new dapps, followed by another growing chain, Arbitrum (20 new dapps).
The most approved category of dapps this month is Games (25.7%), followed by Collectibles & Marketplaces (22.6%) and DeFi & Exchanges (22.3%).
