Splinterlands rewards changes revitalize players’ interest
The new Splinterlads reward shares system has totally overhauled the way players will earn from their gaming. Essentially, the new rewards system puts a bigger focus on the strength of your deck and your card rarity. For example, gold foil cards will earn much more shares for the rewards system, which will then be translated into rewards chests. On the other hand, common starter cards will not earn any shares.
Additionally, the daily challenges have been transformed into daily “focus”. This means players will receive a certain amount of reward chests based on the total amount of reward shares they have earned from ranked battle wins using the focus element (splinter) over a 24-hour period.
The Splinterlands community has been approving of the new rewards system, sharing their success on social media. According to some players, this is a much fairer system rewarding players for their skill. Additionally, some players speculate that the value of individual cards will also increase over time, as rarer cards will grant a bigger share of the new reward system.
