A seamless, speedy and zero-gas-fee gaming chain
DappRadar is delighted to announce that all games and dapps on the Oasys blockchain can now be listed, tracked and discovered through the World’s Dapp Store. Visitors can discover dapps through the Rankings, and dive into individual games and other dapps through the project pages.
By listing on DappRadar, the Oasys ecosystem gains visibility on the number one discovery platform for decentralized applications. Through the Rankings, users can find new dapps to use, while individual project pages provide deeper insights into key metrics in Web3. In addition, the Oasys chain page forms a wonderful starting point for those looking to dip their toes into the ecosystem.
Oasys is a blockchain tailored for gaming, and they’ve already partnered with gaming companies such as SEGA, Nexon, Square Enix, Ubisoft and Netmarble. Developers can now submit their current and upcoming dapps to DappRadar, and have them listed for free. Simply open the chain selection filter, scroll down, and select the chains you want to see.
What sets Oasys apart from the competition
Oasys has been built for gaming, but on a technical level is where the real magic happens. As a foundation it uses the Hub Layer, which is a EVM-compatible Proof-of-Stake ecosystem. The Hub Layer brings network stability, but also serves as the starting point for endless scalability.
On top of the Hub Layer there’s a Layer-2, which Oasys refers to as a Verse Layer. Heavy traffic and many transactions will happen on a Verse Layer. This is the chain ecosystem where developers create their dapps, and therefore potentially each gaming company or even each game can have its own Verse Layer. The Oasys ecosystem offers a wide variety of gaming projects, and you can discover these through the DappRadar Rankings. The quiz game OasChoice sticks out in terms of unique active wallets, but there are more games to discover on Oasys. For example, the karaoke game SingSing is there, alongside turn-based RPG Chain Colosseum Phoenix.
In addition, the ecosystem welcomes early Web3 projects like My Crypto Heroes and Brave Frontier Heroes. But also newer projects like Ubisoft’s tactical role-playing game Champions Tactics, or the upcoming strategy trading card game Battle of Three Kingdoms, utilizing SEGA’s IP.
