DappRadar is pleased to announce the integration of Astar Network and its ecosystem of dapps. DappRadar’s one million monthly site visitors can now analyze which dapps attract the most trading volume, unique user wallets, or process the most transactions through the Astar dapp rankings. This way, everybody can understand which dapps and tokens build solid communities and value on Astar Network.
Astar Network is a smart contract hub for WASM and EVM on Polkadot. Since winning its Parachain auction in January 2022, Astar Network has become a leading Parachain in the Polkadot ecosystem. It has a Total Value Locked (TVL) of more than $1 billion while also seeing the most Ethereum assets transferred with a value of more than $180 million. Astar Network connects the Polkadot ecosystem to Ethereum, Cosmos, and major Layer-1 blockchains.
More importantly, Astar Network supports dapps using multiple virtual machines — namely WASM and EVM. Furthermore, the blockchain ecosystem offers technology solutions and financial incentives for Web3 developers to build on a secure, scalable, and interoperable blockchain.
Astar DappRadar Rankings
At launch, DappRadar will track 12 dapps on Astar Network across several categories including DeFi and Exchanges, NFT collections, marketplaces, and games, with more dapps to come in the future as the ecosystem expands. ArthSwap is the current leader in DeFi and offers its users simple UI and design for High APY rewards.
Starlay Finance is close behind ArthSwap, offering a decentralized lending protocol native to Astar Network. Multichain NFT marketplace TofuNFT operates from Astar offering users NFTs on multiple blockchains and more importantly giving collections on Astar a place to trade. The Astar Builders Program is to help further the development, growth, and adoption of the Astar ecosystem. Stake Technologies operate the program.
