Otherside land parcels selling for as high as $710,000
Even though the initial sale of metaverse land for Otherside didn’t happen without any hiccups, the secondary market has seen strong demand for the land NFTs. Otherside #10, which supposedly will be close to the center of the game world, changed wallets for 250 ETH or $710,900 at the time of the purchase.
While demand for Otherside land NFTs has been very strong, the biggest NFT sale of the week actually came from the Bored Ape Yacht Club collection. Bored Ape #9921 sold for $739,720 or 265 ETH.
Web3 native company Yuga Labs owns both Bored Ape Yacht Club and Otherside. In addition, they acquired CryptoPunks and Meebits not that long ago. As a result, the only top-selling NFT that’s not from their portfolio is DeafBeef Series 2: Transmission #139, which sold for $641,550 or 225 ETH.
